234FRD ialah lampu keadaan pepejal dalam pakej epoksi segi empat tepat plumbum jejari. Epoksi berwarna dan tersebar memberikan kontras hidup-mati yang tinggi dan permukaan pemancaran intensiti tinggi yang rata. Rangkaian LED ini menawarkan output cahaya yang terganggu kerana reka bentuk pakej tanpa sempadan. kami menggunakan cip LED merah heterojunction (DH) menyerap substrat (AS) aluminium galium arsenide (AlGaAs) merah dalam pakej epoksi merah muda. Bersama-sama mereka menghasilkan output cahaya yang kuat ke atas pelbagai arus pemacu. Led lubang telus merah segi empat tepat menggunakan GaAsP merah kecekapan tinggi pada cip LED GaP dalam pakej epoksi merah muda. 234FYD menyediakan GaAsP kuning pada cip LED GaP dalam pakej epoksi kuning. 234LGD menyediakan cip LED GaP hijau dalam pakej epoksi hijau.
